Welcome to the Home Page of Boy Scout Troop 103.  We're glad you stopped by.  Troop 103 currently has 67 scouts in seven patrols. We meet in the Warm Springs area of Fremont, however we draw scouts from Newark to Milpitas and offer an active outdoor program.

The guiding ideals of Troop 103 are based on the Scout Law, Scout Oath and Scout Motto .  All Scouts and Adult Leaders (Scouters) are guided by these ideals in all troop functions.  These are among the first things a new scout learns in order to earn the Scout Badge.
